For two-four days of the week, the daily fee is 25% of the full-week’s fee.

The fee covers the attendance at the course, documentation, lunch and refreshments. It does not cover hotel accommodation, breakfast, evening meals, travel, etc. unless clearly indicated.

G. Discounts: A 10% reduction in fees applies if either: (i) you register for and pay for two events at the same time or (ii) if two from the one organisation register at the same time for the same event and receive just one invoice for both participants (iii) if you pay so that we receive payment at least 60 days prior to the commencement of the event. (Only one 10% discount applies). (iv) Mexico: Members of IFA Mexico are entitled to a 15% discount. Members may be eligible for a further 10% discount as per the above, based on 85% of the normal fee.

H. VAT, etc.

All courses/conferences: Plus VAT/tax as follows: Denmark - 25%. Brazil – 5%.  Amsterdam – 0%. Hong Kong –   Cyprus – 15%

I. Cancellation.

Cancellations must be received in writing at least 21 days before the date of the event. Cancellations made within 21 days will be subject to a 50% administration fee except that regretfully cancellations made within 7 days of the date of the event will not give rise to a refund, even if wishing to transfer to another date or course. You will however receive a copy of the documentation. You may always send another delegate in your place. We reserve the right to cancel the event if registrations are insufficient, or to alter dates, and accept no responsibility for any loss arising from such cancellation.
