About Sheltons
Sheltons is historically an international tax consulting firm. Since 1997 Ned Shelton has conducted courses and conferences on international tax and since 1998 Sheltons has been responsible for carrying out a range of accounting, administrative and legal services for foreign-owned Danish holding companies.
All three aforementioned areas of activity relate, directly or indirectly, to international corporate tax. All clients are internationally operating, with most being based outside Denmark. We work mainly in English.
Sheltons is a small but growing firm based in comfortable, modern offices in Copenhagen.
Sheltons is a totally independent, Danish-owned firm with no formal links to any accounting, legal or other network or firm.
- Tax consulting. We (Sheltons, International Tax Counsel) are a leading provider of Danish and international corporate tax advice. Ned Shelton has twice been voted one of Denmark’s top five tax advisers by International Tax Review.
- Tax training and conferences. Sheltons-SITTI (Sheltons International Tax Training Institute) conducts numerous in-house and open courses on international tax, as well as important conferences on the subject. These take place in various countries in Europe as well as in other parts of the world.
- Sheltons Corporate Services. The SCS team works in the area of establishing and administering non-Danish and Danish companies and other entities throughout the world. Apart form Danish companies we re often asked by clients to form and administer companies in Sweden, Cyprus, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Luxembourg, the UK and many other jurisdictions.
