About Sheltons
Sheltons is historically an international tax consulting firm. Since 1997 Sheltons (particularly Ned Shelton) has conducted courses and conferences on international tax. Since 1998 Sheltons has been responsible for carrying out a range of accounting, administrative and legal services for foreign-owned Danish entities and, from 2006, Cypriot entities.
All three aforementioned areas of activity relate, directly or indirectly, to international corporate tax. All clients are internationally operating, with most being based outside Denmark. We work mainly in English.
Sheltons is based in comfortable, modern offices in Copenhagen, Denmark and Nicosia, Cyprus.
Sheltons is a totally independent, owner-managed firm with no formal links to any accounting, legal or other network or firm.
- Tax consulting. We (Sheltons, International Tax Counsel) are a leading provider of Danish, Cypriot and international corporate tax advice. Ned Shelton has twice been voted one of Denmark’s top five tax advisers by International Tax Review.
- Tax training and conferences. Sheltons-SITTI (Sheltons International Tax Training Institute) conducts numerous in-house and open courses on international tax, as well as important conferences on the subject. These take place in various countries throughout the world.
- Sheltons Corporate Services. The SCS team works in the area of establishing and administering entities throughout the world, with a focus on Danish and Cypriot entities.
